Order and Guarantee

Processing an Order

After we receive your order, we will process it within two days and ship it by UPS ground or first class mail. All of our products are distributed from foreign countries. Although we have many products in stock, it can happen that an ordered item is unavailable, in which case we will inform you immediately and offer you a solution.

Greeting Cards

We will be glad to assist you to personalize your gifts. To enclose a personal gift card, please send it with your order by mail and we will add it to your purchased product. If you want to enclose only a formal card, please inform us about the occasion and we will select and add a greeting card for you.

Customer Satisfaction

At Vitreum, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns maybe subject to a 15% handling & restocking fee. You may return any item purchased on our Web site by mail. All damages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of products. Pending inspection, we will replace the item when it was damaged or issue a store credit to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item, please use the original packaging, enclose a copy of your order details, insure the package, and mail it to:
